Uniquecustomart provides curtain installation, custom drapery fabrication, blind installation, and related home textile decor services. Service details, pricing, and availability are subject to change and will be confirmed during consultation and in written quotes.
We offer complimentary in-home consultations within our service area. Quotes provided during consultations are estimates and may be adjusted based on final measurements, material availability, or project modifications. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue date.
Custom curtain orders require a deposit, typically 50 percent of the total project cost. The remaining balance is due upon installation completion. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and approved digital payment methods. Orders are non-refundable once custom fabrication begins.
Professional installation is included with most custom curtain orders. Customers must provide clear access to installation areas and remove fragile items from work zones. We are not responsible for pre-existing wall damage or conditions discovered during installation that affect mounting capability.
Consultations can be rescheduled or cancelled with 24 hours notice. Orders can be cancelled before fabrication begins for a full refund minus any incurred costs. Once custom curtain production starts, orders cannot be cancelled, and deposits are forfeited.
We use quality materials and professional craftsmanship. Fabric defects discovered within 30 days of installation will be addressed. Normal wear, sun fading, improper cleaning, or damage from misuse are not covered. Manufacturer warranties on hardware apply according to their terms.
Our technicians take precise measurements, but variations in wall construction, window alignment, or settling may affect fit. We will make reasonable adjustments within 30 days of installation. Significant structural issues requiring remakes will be evaluated case by case.
